New automatic washing line for IBC

More automation for greater flexibility and efficiency

We are proud to present our new automatic washing line for IBC.

Each stack of containers placed at the head of the line is mechanically taken care of for exterior washing with a rotating platform. The ergonomics of the workstations are optimized for less arduousness. Each container then passes through an all-stainless steel washing tunnel and is then checked on an integrated tilting platform.

The line outlet then stacks the IBCs for easy storage.

This small revolution will allow us to process +50% of IBCs washed per day while improving our working conditions and our environmental impact.
